JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. HR Analyst will work as part of a Team that includes the Director and Manager of HR for the Americas. This Team will facilitate regional and world-wide human resources initiatives in relation to leadership development, performance management, immigration, relocation, benefits management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Immigration:
·         Review Jabil’s Relocation/Assignment guideline and work with the Regional HR Directors and outside consultants to assure Jabil’s policy remains competitive.
·         Act as US immigration contact person for Jabil employees and management. Process all applications and renewals by interfacing with immigration law firm for guidance.
·         Keep accurate records, process invoice payments and related administrative activity.

Expatriate Administration:
·         Coordinate foreign assignment including creation of Letter of Assignment, calculation of the Cost of Living Allowance, enrollment into benefit plans and relocation of personal belongings.
·         Work with host country and/or law firm to obtain work authorization for any foreign national assignees.
·         Act as liaison with tax firm and internal finance professionals relative to assignee tax preparation and settlement.
·         Keep accurate records, process invoice payments and related administrative activity.

Benefits:
·         Work with the HR Americas Team to improve benefit offerings and contain costs during annual benefits renewal reviews and negotiations. Work with consultants to determine the best program for Jabil in the United States.
·         Act as point of contact for Business Travel Insurance Program and Global Travel Safety/Security Program.
·         Support and oversee on-going compliance of our benefit plans inclusive of FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.
·         Vendor management of multiple insurance carriers
·         Support inquiries from Jabil plants worldwide
·         Management of benefit projects such as annual testing/filings, executive health program, etc.

General:
·         Manage US Safe Harbor Program
·         Support of the Leadership Development Program in the Americas. Work alongside the Director of HR Americas to manage the 360 Leadership process.
·         Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
·         Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
·         Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
·         Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to external partners or employees.
·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
·         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
·         Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
·         Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
·         Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
·         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
·         Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
·         Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
·         Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
·         Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

工作内容:

1.新员工入职合同、资料归档;

2.合同续签劳动CA数据维护;合同续签意见收集、办理、信息汇总更新、发放、归档案,异常追踪,用退工办理、退工单整理发放;

3.在职证明开具,派驻人员证件办理及出入境证件办理;

4.负责Workday系统、苏州园区网上劳动合同用工、退工处理等日常操作;

5.后续工作会有机会轮换招聘、培训、薪资福利等模块。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、英语等相关专业;

2.有2年以上人力资源、HR相关工作经验,制造业工作背景;

3.有退用工,人力资源系统等相关工作经历,有苏州工业园区劳动合同报送系统经验者优先;

4.沟通能力较强,一定的报告能力;

5.书面英语熟练,口语可交流者优先;

6.逻辑思维清晰,能适应适度加班。
